These training programmes are designed to reinforce the education received at home and at school to provide a holistic and complete formation for every child. From an international perspective, children will learn to appreciate the differences between cultures and traditions and embrace the diversity they will encounter in life.

The workshops are designed to meet the needs of this age group. Highly interactive and entertaining, they are in harmony with the growing emphasis on character education and positive self-esteem.

Invest in their future, now. And they'll never forget it.
I was always intrigued to know why we do things the way we do. The first exposure I had on etiquette was from my mother. ‘Elbows off the table’, ‘keep your mouth closed’; ‘sit straight, don’t slouch’, ‘bring the food to your mouth, not your mouth to the food’ and so many more.
Then school followed. Eating in a refectory and waiting for everyone to be seated before starting, saying grace together and leaving the room once everybody is ready.
When I became a mother, I started passing these on to my children. Not always to their liking, of course. ‘Slouching is so much more comfortable than sitting straight’, they’d sometimes say! I keep repeating over and over again until polite behaviour becomes second nature. It’s not easy and requires so much patience.
My interest in providing youth etiquette training programmes came about after I realised that I wasn’t the only mother experiencing this. I am just like you. I want my children to be happy and live a life they will love. I encourage them to develop leadership skills and learn to communicate effectively to help them shine through every experience in life. I help them to embrace the moral values that no book can ever teach.
What better way to combine my professional knowledge with my experience as a mother?
So while my children slept, I was up studying and working to set up First Class Etiquette. I set it up with this in mind – I do not take your place or that of school teachers. I work with you because I understand you and because I know what you wish to achieve.
Get in touch if you’d like me to work with you to reinforce your teachings and I promise that your children will have a wonderful experience.
One they will carry with them all their life.
Ramona
