Ramona set up First Class Etiquette to address the developing need for people’s understanding of the importance of international business and social etiquette. Nowadays, more than ever, our fast-paced lifestyles and technological advancements are eating away the quality time required to develop these soft skills for ourselves and our children.
With over 25 years’ experience in the corporate field, Ramona brings her expertise and observations to her clients in an unprecedented arena to enhance professional presence on a global scale through First Class Etiquette.
She offers the solution for executives, individuals and youth through etiquette, cross-culture awareness, protocol training and consultancy services. All the programmes are specifically developed to offer an invaluable experience to individuals who want to succeed in business and in life. Apart from being certified and licensed by the International Etiquette and Protocol Academy of London, Ramona also holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Henley Management College, UK and a Master of Arts degree in Protocol and Soft Diplomacy Skills from the International School of Protocol and Diplomacy, Brussels. Her extensive management experience of working in various industries and in multi-cultural environments has enabled her to identify and address the demands and requisites for success in the corporate arena.
Committed to excellence, Ramona continues to research this field with special emphasis on fostering younger individuals to cultivate an international mind-set in preparation for their entry in the competitive business world.
Ramona is also a certified and licensed International Social and Youth Etiquette Consultant.
She resides in Malta, is married and a mother of two sons.
